An information-gap worksheet for Super Minds Second Edition Level 2 learners. Children exchange missing ownership information, practise questions and listen carefully to complete their partner cards. Includes watercolour pictures and an English teacher guide with speaking models and answers.
Target Vocabulary
hat, shoes, jumper, jeans
Target Language
Whose hat is this? — It’s Tom’s hat.
Whose shoes are these? — They’re Mia’s shoes.
Activity
- An adult cuts out cards A and B.
- Give each partner one card and keep the information hidden.
- Ask about clothing in the question-mark rows.
- Answer using the filled dots on your own card.
- Circle the correct owner after listening.
- Reveal both cards and check the completed information.
Learning Goal
Ask and answer ownership questions to complete missing information, using singular and plural forms.
Teacher’s Insight
Both cards describe the same four items. A filled dot identifies an owner; a question mark indicates missing information. Introduce the portraits and symbols orally so independent reading is unnecessary.
