Hello, Robot!

A listening and speaking worksheet for young learners using Super Minds Second Edition Level 1. Children identify four body parts on a watercolour robot, number the matching circles and say the words. Includes a separate English teacher guide with a listening script, answer key and supported alternatives.

Target Vocabulary
head, hand, knee, foot

Activity

  • Review the four body words with teacher support.
  • Follow each printed line from its circle to the marked body part.
  • Listen to a number and body word, then write the number in the matching circle.
  • Listen again and check.
  • Take turns naming a body part while a partner points to it.

Learning Goal
Recognise four spoken body words and recall them using picture support.

Teacher’s Insight
The lines mark one hand, one knee and one foot, so left/right vocabulary is unnecessary. If numeral writing is difficult, an adult can record the child’s choice or provide small number cards. Single-word spoken answers are sufficient.

Related-book research found partial body-vocabulary overlap in Kid’s Box New Generation Level 1, Unit 7 — Wild animals. All four target words were not verified together, so no additional exact mapping is included.
